Carolyn German has been a theater professional for over 35 years, having worked as performer, director, producer, playwright, acting coach, composer, improvisation artist, teaching artist, and corporate trainer.

Carolyn is on the faculty at the Nashville Jazz Workshop, where she teaches Beginning Vocal Performance Technique, a complete series of Cabaret Vocalist classes, as well as Improv Comedy for the Musical Artist. Carolyn is a founding member of Spontaneous Comedy Company (aka SponCom), Nashville’s longest running Improv Comedy group. SponCom performs throughout Middle Tennessee. SponCom also crafts customized shows for corporate clients, and was featured on Public Television’s Tennessee Crossroads.

Alice Large

Alice comes to Theater Craft Inc with a broad range of experience in the world of education, curriculum- creation, content review, and editing. She brings a depth of understanding of multi-cultural backgrounds, exemplified by her work teaching in Hong Kong at the US-accredited California International School, where she worked teaching English as a second language to Elementary School level students. She served for two years as Curriculum Consultant for New Song Academy in Franklin, TN. Alice is the co-founder of Chalk-Sale, a company that promotes re-use of materials and cooperative communication about resources for the Home-School educator.

Alice also has valuable experience in creating content that is accessible to a broad demographic. She has worked in both North Carolina and Tennessee in this regard. Alice’s organizational, writing, and editing skills are tapped for a wide range of Theater Craft projects, from honing new training content, to editing Educator Guidebook for TPAC Education. Ms. Large is Secretary of Theater Craft’s Board of Directors and holds a BS in Elementary Education from University of TN, Knoxville
